Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate account for each social network?

Yes — each platform requires you to authorize Postpilot with your own account via OAuth. You connect once and the tokens refresh automatically in the background.

How does one-click posting work?

Write or generate a post once, pick your profiles, and hit publish. Postpilot tailors the content per network — including auto-selecting Short or long form on YouTube — and ships it everywhere at the same time.

Are there upload limits?

No hard upload limits. Images and videos up to platform maximums are supported, and media is removed from our servers after publishing to keep things fast and private.

Does Postpilot work with a VPN turned on?

Yes. Postpilot publishes through our own servers, so your VPN doesn't interfere with scheduling. If a platform itself blocks your region, that is handled by the platform, not Postpilot.

Can I use the AI image generator?

Yes — every plan includes a built-in image generator, so you can create post visuals without leaving the composer.
